‘Prepare for Birth & Postpartum’ Antenatal Workshop with Aisling Finnegan and Louise Grant

We have created a unique Doula led antenatal class for expectant parents at Barberstown Castle. We believe that preparing for postpartum is JUST AS IMPORTANT as preparing for birth, and our workshop covers everything from birth to postpartum in a fun and engaging way. Our goal is to empower expectant parents to trust their bodies, their choices, their boundaries, and their decisions. Education and preparation are key to a positive birth and postpartum experience, and our workshop is the perfect way to get started on that journey. So, if you’re looking for a supportive, inclusive, and fun antenatal class experience, we would love to welcome you to our small, intimate group at Barberstown Castle.

Price is €190 for two people including refreshments and lunch, so bring along your partner or support person to our one day antenatal class.

This Saturday April 27th, Barberstown Castle, Straffan, Co. Kildare.

"From the moment Aisling walked through our door on the very first day everything changed. She is so warm and she did everything to help make life easier. She was there for me when I needed to talk to someone about my birth and my feelings. She has such a lovely way about her and cared for our baby so well while we rested , slept and even got out for lunch alone. Thank you Aisling for always being so supportive and kind hearted, and for really minding not just the baby but us parents too!!"
New Parents
"Nothing can quite prepare you for having a newborn. Personally, I found caring for my newborn really difficult after a traumatic birth experience resulting in an emergency c section and back problems. Aisling supported me while I tried to process everything and also offered practical support such as making lunch for us and caring for our baby boy while my husband and I rested. She offered emotional and practical support which helped us to enjoy the challenging postpartum period."
New Parent
"My family will be forever grateful for Aisling’s help and expertise at a very special moment in our lives. She made the experience all that more enjoyable."
